Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, promotions, or major product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Faith and Flame is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Faith and Flame is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at customerservice@faithandflame.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Provide your order number and photos (if damaged).
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Preorders & Backorders
If your order contains a preorder or backordered item:

The entire order may ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
